Poor Boy Ditch Company, or PBD, is a nonprofit mutual irrigation ditch company located in Greenleaf, Idaho, extending from the Pinto Road area to just beyond Notus Road/Highway 3. The company consists of approximately 25 property owners who hold shares in the ditch based on acreage.

PBD is overseen by an Executive Board whose members are elected annually to serve one-year terms. The Board manages the funds and operations of the ditch with the assistance and cooperation of PBD shareholders and landowners.

Five laterals currently branch from the main artery of the Poor Boy Ditch to serve properties along the system. Poor Boy Ditch is considered a drainage ditch, with its primary water supply consisting of live water originating from Simplot that drains into and flows through the Poor Boy Ditch system.
