This page provides information and resources for Poor Boy Ditch Company shareholders and water users. Members may use this page to access available company information, request records or documents, update contact information, request invoices or payment receipts, and submit ditch or maintenance concerns.
Some PBD records are not published online and may be provided to members upon request.
Member Documents & Records
Poor Boy Ditch Company maintains company records and governing documents for its members. Certain documents may be made available online, while other records are available to PBD members upon request.
Members may request copies of available meeting minutes, governing documents, or other company records by contacting the Secretary/Treasurer or submitting a Member Request.
PBD shareholders are assessed for their share of the costs associated with operating and maintaining the ditch. Assessment amounts and payment information are provided on individual invoices.
Members who need a copy of an invoice, a payment receipt, or have a question regarding their account may submit a Member Request or contact the Secretary/Treasurer.
Member Requests
PBD members may submit requests for company information or assistance at any time. Member requests may be used to:
• Request a copy of an invoice
• Request a payment receipt
• Update mailing address, phone number, or other contact information
• Report a ditch or maintenance concern
• Request an available company or meeting record
• Contact the Secretary/Treasurer regarding other PBD business
